Fate has given two ageing thespians one ore shot at starring roles in “The Scarlet Pimpernel”.  Or is it in “Cyrano”?  Or is it in a hilariously disturbing mixture of both?  Throw in the fact that Frank Capra is coming in to see the actors perform, and you now have an extreme case of mistaken identity, misunderstanding and madcap misadventure.
